You will receive a monthly report via email, with an itemized list of WordPress, plugin, and theme updates. In addition, if there were any manual updates performed (such as correcting HTML), this will also be noted in the monthly report.

Simply shoot me an email with the concern, and I’ll be more than happy to take a look at the issue. I will diagnose the problem, help you resolve it as soon as possible.

 It depends on the amount of changes received per request. After receiving the change requests, I will confirm the turnaround time. Usually all changes are completed with 24 to 48 business hours.

Website hosting is an on-going requirement as a website owner. For this reason, our plans are a 12-month commitment. After this, you have the option of renewing for another 12 months, or terminating the agreement.

If you choose to terminate the agreement, you must have another provider lined up to take over the maintenance of your website.

My monitoring system will alert me to any items of concern, including malware injection or malicious redirects. This will allow me to take the appropriate course of action to remedy the malicious code injection in your WordPress file. I have successfully resolved malware on all of my sites, in addition to several client sites, so I am confident that I can take care of the integrity and reputation of your site as well.

Monthly development hours must be used each month and do not carry over. This ensures that all maintenance plan clients fairly receive the same level of care. If you have more complicated needs in any give month, simply reach out with your concerns via email, and we can decide on the best plan of action for your site.

Only one single site shall be maintained per plan. If you have more sites you would like covered, let me know and we can set up a second plan for a second site.

Website maintenance plans are billed as a monthly subscription, and are payable via credit card.

Your website maintenance contract is valid for one (1) year, however, if you decide you wish to take care of the updates and maintenance of your site, you will need to allow fourteen (14) days’ notice to terminate the contract and pause billing.

You will receive a document of tasks and timelines you will be responsible for if you wish to maintain your site on your own.

Upon receiving the document, you’ll have three (3) business days to confirm cancellation.

While the hosting and maintenance plans cover the uptime and updates of your sites, our SEO marketing plans cover on-going SEO updates.
