The Challenge
Tox Shop™ knows their business has a bright future. However, they also knew how important it was to start their business off on the right foot by investing in brand strategy, luxury branding, and an easy to navigate online shop. Our goal was to craft a brand strategy that attracts their ideal audience, create a luxury brand for their merchandise that reflected the luxury that their people craved, while also building an SEO-optimized e-commerce website to maximize sales.

Phase 01: Brand Strategy & Design
We began with brand strategy, where we took a deep dive into not only their ideal clientele but the heart of their brand. We do this by focusing on the needs of the audience.
At the core of the brand is placing special attention to the needs of aesthetic injectors and their desire for elevated, niche merchandise. By providing comfortable, stylish merch that allows them to market their services, Tox Shop™ helps aesthetic nurse injectors finally get the elegant merch they want and maintain their professionalism.
The Tox Shop™ client is looking for merchandise to not only wear, but to also sell at their practice along side their medical grade skincare.
Phase 02: Merchandise Design
Tox Shop™ aims to become the premier nurse injector merchandise shop and for the aesthetics of their merchandise to only be surpassed by the quality of their products. For this reason, only the highest-quality materials are used with their designs.
As such, special care went into ensuring their merchandise has upscale, elegant design.
From comfortable t-shirts and sweaters, to stylish hats and accessories, Tox Shop™ merchandise brings a touch of elevated style for all aesthetic injectors and med spa practices.
Th Tox Shop™ best-selling signature collection, This Face is Medical Grade™, has a t-shirt, hat, crewneck, mug, tote bag and hat great for gifting and every day wear.
Phase 03: Web Design
Taking all the data from the website strategy session, we collaborated with a copywriter who wrote sales-conversion copy, and designed the site’s layout to support the messaging.
Built on WordPress, the e-commerce website was optimized with SEO keyword research for extra visibility on Google.
Over 30 products are featured on this easy to navigate website, and sales have been steadily increasing.
