After you submit your Brand Application, we’ll schedule a virtual coffee date to get to know each other and see what amazing things we could accomplish together.



After you sign your Proposal and Contract, you’ll receive a questionnaire as “homework” prior to the design phase. We’ll also have another virtual coffee date to develop our strategy moving forward.

Every project is unique. While the timelines provided with each design package are rough estimates, I will keep you updated as we go along.


After the initial 30% deposit is paid, all of my projects are split into monthly payments to spread the remaining balance. I do require the project to be paid off in full before completion and ownership transfer.

If you need a different payment structure, just let me know.

I always ensure you come out knowing your brand and your website inside out at the end of our project. I will provide you with training videos and a manual to show you how to manage, maintain and update your website, and how to use your visual brand elements to maintain a cohesive look & feel.


However, I’m always here for you when you feel stuck or need to make some major updates.

Yes! If you feel you need help with web maintenance services, I'll be more than happy to accommodate you after our project.

If you already have a visual brand identity you’re proud of, then I’m happy to work with your existing assets to build your new online home.

Often, you may already have a logo to work with but the remaining elements of your brand (like your fonts, colours, imagery and graphics) need a little bit of TLC to be used on your new website.

I’ll review your existing visual identity prior to the start of the project to ensure that it is in line with your overall business goals.
I’m a strong believer that your business deserves more than a small piece of what constitutes a brand. Your logo is only a fraction of your brand’s identity and needs supporting elements like fonts, colors, and supporting graphics to create a cohesive look and feel.

That’s why I always encourage my clients to look at the bigger picture and invest in a full experience to build a brand identity that you can apply consistently across your business for years to come.

This will entirely depend on the project type as well as my current availability. I only take a handful of projects per year, because I like to focus on each of my clients individually.
